Booking Terms and Conditions
- Smoking
All our bedrooms are strictly non-smoking rooms. Smoking in bedrooms attracts a mandatory "out
of order" charge of £100.00.
- Dogs
Well behaved dogs are accepted in some rooms at a charge of £5.00 per night and by prior
arrangement only. Dogs must not be left unattended in bedrooms.
- Cancellation Policy
Should you have to cancel your booking we require this before 12 noon the previous day in order for
us to try to re-let your room. If we are unable to let your room then a charge may be incurred.
Accommodation deposits are non-refundable but can be held against a future booking.
- Check In and Check Out
We guarantee your room from 1.00 p.m. on the day of arrival but this may be earlier if your room is
ready. Check out is by 11.00 a.m. on the day of departure. Late check out may be available on
request.
- Payments
Rates include VAT @ 17.5%. We accept payment in cash, cheque with valid bankers card, Visa,
Mastercard, Delta, Maestro and Switch.
- Extra Beds and Cots
Extra beds for children under 10 years old are provided at £10.00 per night and Cots at £5.00 per
night. Please mention on booking if these are required as they are subject to availability.
Weekend Breaks in Yorkshire
If you book to stay on Friday, Saturday & Sunday and eat dinner with us on those nights, we offer the third night of your stay free of charge.
This offer is not available on Bank Holidays and at Christmas/New Year.
When making your reservation, please have your credit card details available, as these will be taken on booking. We will also ask for written confirmation (letter, fax, or email) for all bookings.
It would be extremely helpful if you would also indicate if you wish to dine with us during your stay.
